these are some recipies which proves harmful for our health:
I am not saying that you should stop eating these, you should eat! but you would have to burn the calories which are increase your body fatness.
1. Fructose Causes Insulin Resistance
When we eat high up carbs, glucose level starts increasing in our body. And then the high amount of glucose causes you in fatty belly. In healthy people, this will effect fastly, quickly, but we should avoid from these type of carbs. I think you have a little bit knowledge that burning bodyweight is not an easy task. but... fit body is desired by every male or female now a days...
2. Fructose Causes Resistance to a Hormone Called Leptin
Fructose can also cause in gaining the weight more and more day by day. don't you know a little bit about leptin? it is the hormone which sends signal to your brain to know that how much fat is stored in the rainy day.
3. Fructose Does Not Induce Satiety in The Same Way as Glucose
The Way in which the brain regulate food will create multiple hormones and neutral type of circuits. A region in brain called hypothalamus, where all these signals interrupted while transferring.
4. Sugar Makes You Addicted
It causes in opiate activity in the reward centers in the brain, like abuse drugs I think you know it.
